RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
ELIGIBILITY
- Request made within 5 days of delivery
- Product unused — only tried once for size/fit (max 2–3 hours)
- Original tags intact and attached
- Product in original condition — no stains, odors, or damage
- Defective or wrong item received
- Customized or personalized products
- Product used beyond a quick size trial
- Tags removed or missing
- Product damaged by the customer
- Return requested after 5 days of delivery
UNBOXING PROOF
If a product is received damaged or incorrect, an unboxing video may be required as proof of the condition at the time of delivery. Youmi reserves the right to request photographic or video evidence in cases where the condition of the product is disputed. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are allowed for size changes or product changes on all eligible non-customized products, subject to availability. Contact us within the 5-day return window to initiate an exchange request.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed to the original online payment method only — UPI, card, or net banking
- No cash refunds under any circumstances
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after return inspection
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is covered by Youmi. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address. You are not required to visit any drop-off location or pay any return shipping charges.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Customized or personalized products (any product with custom name, text, or design)
- Products used beyond a brief size trial
- Products with tags removed or missing
- Products damaged due to customer negligence
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, we will provide a full replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video or photographs as evidence.
REJECTION OF RETURNS
Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use beyond a brief trial, tags have been removed, the product has been damaged by the customer, or the return request is made after the 5-day window.
